First Medical Group(FMG), LLC is a company established in 2016 and organized under the laws of the State of Missouri.
FMG is founded by physicians with a mission to improve healthcare access in communities with shortage of physicians and allied staff. Due to the growing geriatric population and rising number of retiring physicians, there is a projected worsening of patient to physician ratio. FMG aims to help run vital services in hospitals and clinics by recruiting physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
FMG negotiates with hospitals, nursing homes, and companies such as dialysis centers, and helps health care professionals obtain a good working agreement. FMG also is in continuous pursuit to find underserved and underprivileged communities with vacancies for physicians and health care professionals.
FMG aspires to deliver the highest quality of healthcare, effectively manage shared resources and execute different strategic management solutions for healthcare professionals thereby controlling rising healthcare costs in physician practices.
